We came down to Norris lake today to pick up our boat and take it back to Cincinnati. Our truck started acting up! It’s a 4 hour drive home. We stopped at Short Redmond Ford to see if we could get it serviced. We just decided to buy a new truck. I must say that my experience with with Short-Redmond Ford was one I will never forget. Chance, who was new to the team, went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel comfortable. I have had experience with car salesmen in the past that put so much pressure on me, so I was very skeptical when we stopped in. We felt no pressure from Chance and he answered all my many questions with a smile on his face. If he didn't know the answer, he would ask someone until he found the answer. My husband and I did end up buying a vehicle and even though it's only been a couple of days, I can honestly say I will enjoy driving it for years to come.
