Absolutely wonderful experience! The sales associate Rusty Ellis was so helpful and made you feel like you had known him forever. He was so helpful with any questions or concerns I had. His assistant Kathy was also the best! I loved how they would follow up with videos and even sent me a Happy Birthday wish after the purchase. From the moment we walked into the dealership they made us feel so welcome.

Came from out of town to purchase a car that we had been looking to buy for a couple of weeks. The staff was very helpful and outgoing. Sales manager and finance team were very polite, making sure anything we needed was taken care of. Our salesman Greg was great, and he was really down to earth. He made the process so easy; he even drove to our home over an hour away just so we could sign the paperwork. The whole team went above and beyond to appreciate us. Definitely will be a customer for life.

The salesman, Bryan, was very pleasant, patient, and great to work with. I am very particular when I shop for a vehicle and spend a lot of time looking the car over. Bryan was very patient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed even tho we were outside at the car for a long time on an extremely hot day. They gave me a fair price for my Honda Pilot and the asking price on the Ford Explorer was slightly below market value. Just bought a used truck from these guys. The guys were polite. Worked with Anthony. He was a good salesman. I left the dealership with my children in our new to us 2011 ford raptor. We live 3 hours away. Noticed when we got off our exit in Georgia that the right front wheel was grinding very loud. Got home and took the truck to the shop. It is still there. The right front cv axle and hub was destroyed. Turns out that the dealer replaced the inner wheel end but not the hub. In short, me and my 9 and 10 year old children drove a truck from tennessee to Georgia with a safety issue that we had no clue about. I immediately texted Anthony and asked what the options were. He texted me back the next morning and said he was going to look into it. Meanwhile I got a truck I just bought headed to the shop the day after I bought it. The truck is still in the shop 2 days later. Haven’t even drove it since I got it home. Dealer says send us the invoice and we will see if we can help. I do appreciate that, and Anthony has been in contact with me every step of the way. I have to say I’m not happy about the truck, but these guys are trying to help the best they can from 200 miles away.

Pulled into Short-Redmond off of I-75 with a transmission issue on my way home to Ohio. The people were great and caring about my situation. Ended up purchasing a used vehicle for the drive home. Within 3 days, they called with my truck fixed. The used car was good and the work they did on my truck was good. Wish I lived closer to these nice people so I could do more business with them!

I traded for a Lincoln navigator L black label, the entire deal was worked through the internet and over the phone. The dealership is over 400 miles from me, Mathew Goodman (salesman) and the entire sales team did everything possible to make me comfortable with the car prior to the long drive. Mathew took the initiative to record the entire walk around of the vehicle (even showing all the imperfections), then he recorded a test drive. Mathew made sure I knew the navigator L inside and out and we had a deal agreed on, including a trade, before I left home. When I arrived at Short-Redmond ford the car and Mathew were waiting for me, everything was exactly as presented. When I get ready for another car, I will definitely call them first. No other dealer ship came anywhere close to their professionalism, courtesy and down to earth country kindness that I experienced there. Five-stars to Short-Redmond and Mathew Goodman.

Yes, it’s a very good place if you need a vehicle to buy and the little salesman, he was great to work with, but they was just one thing and I noticed a probably would have brought to your house tension and I’m not really really fond of it was in the front The black strip that goes across the front of the car and not really satisfied with that. Somebody has really done some mess on that that’s just something I’m not used to, and it stands out.

I would recommend Anthony to work with on your next purchase of a vehicle. He is professional, honest and knowledgeable. He makes sure he is aware of what is important to you in a vehicle and does an excellent job in finding the perfect match. I must mention Kathy and David as well.
