2017 Ford Explorer is a Huge Hit with MotorWeek

Might you be in the market for a full-size SUV? Well, if so, we here at Short-Redmond Ford would be quick to match you up with ours, the 2017 Explorer.

How come?

We'll let the car critics at MotorWeek tell it; join them in the clip below:

An entry-level offering not to be overlooked, the Explorer's 3.5-liter V6 engine is altogether excellent.

Good for a hearty 290 horsepower and 255 pound-feet of torque, the base V6 syncs with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is available as an option.

We like the fuel economy of this engine, too, as front-drive iterations, for instance, are estimated to achieve 20 mpg combined (17 city/24 highway).

To learn more about this charismatic crossover, or to take one for a spin, we suggest you set a course for our La Follette, TN location. Our automotive aces are on hand to address your every query about the Explorer, or any other Ford model within the current lineup.
